The Summit House Bistro is perched at the top of the mountain at 6,872’ and is accessed by the Chinook & Rainier Express chairlifts. Executive Chef Aaron Willis prepares cuisine that rivals the striking views of Mt. Rainier and the Cascade Range.

5 & 7:30 PM (two seatings on Fridays & Saturdays only)

Chairlift to run 30 minutes prior to each seating.

Sunset Dinner Cost:
$79 (dinner package includes: scenic lift ride, soup or salad, entree, desert, n/a beverage & tax. Please note that tip is NOT included.)
$39 ages 7-12, Kids 0-6 not recommended

Sunday Brunch

Reservations guarantee a table but walk-ins are also welcome (depending on availability).

Glacier Express/Ticket Window

Located in front of the day lodge on the patio. Snacks & beverages available. Open Saturdays & Sundays from 11am-2pm. Purchase your scenic chairlift tickets here or inquire about availability at the Summit House restaurant.

Cancellation Policy

The chairlifts and subsequent dinners will only be cancelled due to the mountain stopping the lift. Rain, snow etc. will not be a sufficient reason to cancel reservations. No-shows or cancellations less than 72 hours before reservation will be charged a $40 per person cancellation fee.

Tips

As a reminder to all, guests MUST be able to walk unassisted from lift to lift and to all buildings. The walks can be over uneven and rocky terrain. Also bring a warm layer, the weather can change really quickly in the mountains and it does cool off considerably after the sun goes down.
