Youth Daily Lessons

Assembling the world’s most talented group of instructors certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI), Crystal Mountain offers the best of the best instructors out there—professionally trained to help you meet your goals. We are so confident you will improve under our instruction that we guarantee all of our group lessons.

Group lessons are offered daily. Please arrive 1 – 2 hours prior to the lesson start time. Classes fill quickly and if your preferred class is full, we will accommodate you in the next class available. Check-in at the Snow Sports desk located to the left of the main plaza staircase next to Rentals. Office opens at 8am. Reservations are accepted for private lessons only.

Group lessons are broken down into 3 categories based on your individual skiing/riding ability.

First Timer = Level 1 skier/boarder (beginner)
Basic Turns = Level 2 – 3 skier/ boarder (beginner intermediate)
Mountain Cruises = Level 4 – 5 skier/boarder (intermediate)
For the more advanced riders looking for lessons please take a private lesson, one of our guided mountain tours or our 6 week adult multi-week lesson program that starts on 1/09/10

Youth Group Lesson

All levels, beginner through advanced intermediate. Lesson only.

5 Hour Lesson (10am – 12:30pm, 1 hour break, 1:30pm – 4pm): $74
2 1/2 Hour Lesson (10am – 12:30pm or 1:30pm-4pm): $58

There will be a $25 upgrade per session if you are the only one in a group lesson (which means you’re getting a private lesson) and you want the lesson to run the full 2 1/2 hour session. If you do not choose this option your lesson will run for 1 1/4 hours.

Group Lesson Package

All levels, beginner through advanced intermediate. Includes an all mountain lift ticket, ski or snowboard rental and group lesson.

5 Hour Lesson (10am – 12:30pm, 1 hour break, 1:30pm – 4pm): $142
2 1/2 Hour Lesson (10am – 12:30pm or 1:30pm – 4pm): $122

There will be a $25 upgrade per session if you are the only one in a group lesson (which means you’re getting a private lesson) and you want the lesson to run the full 2 1/2 hour session. If you do not choose this option your lesson will run for 1 1/4 hours.

Private Lesson

Rates include one to three people if you would like to bring a friend (the price for 4 or more people is $10 per hour per person in addition to the regular price). Reservations for private lessons are recommended, please call 360.663.3030

1 Hour (Available from 9 – 10am or 12:30pm – 1:30pm): $99
2 Hours (Available anytime between 9am & 1:30pm): $149
3 Hours (Available anytime between 9am & 12:30pm): $199
Full Day (9am – 4pm with a 1 hour lunch break from 11:30am – 12:30pm): $350
