Please meet at our Multi-week Meeting Area, look uphill of the Kids Club/Chapel building to the left of the main plaza. We have a “Multi-week Office” for questions, though there is no need to visit the office prior to lessons unless you have a question or discrepancy. Students and parents may proceed directly to their designated areas, ready to go. These areas will be in front of the Multi-week Office and separated by skill level signs. Parents are encouraged to meet the instructors and coordinators.
If you purchased a Snow Bunny (4-6) Full Day, Junior (7-10) Beginner Basics Full Day, or a Junior (7-10) Skill Builder Full Day we will break for lunch from 11:30am-12:30pm. A healthy, hearty lunch is included with all full day lessons and are supervised by our instructors and Kids Club staff. Lunches will be held on the C 1/2 level of the main lodge at the base area. Due to the limited amount of room, parents are not allowed to eat with students. We encourage parents to allow students to stay with their class for lunch, so when the class is ready to hit the slopes after lunch all students will be present.
Students are assigned to classes according to their ability level and age. Please bring students who would like to be in the same class to the registered ski or snowboard level sign at the multiweek meeting area together on the first day. No prior arrangements are needed. However, please understand, for the benefit of your student and the rest of the class, only students in the same age group and ability will be placed together.
Students may change classes during the program. All students progress at different rates. It may be necessary to change classes during the program as a student’s ski or snowboard performance level changes. We will try to minimize transfers. You can help us by trying not to miss any classes during the program duration and by choosing the best ability level when registering online. If your student needs to be moved to another class, we will make every effort to do so smoothly.
If you know of a day a student will be missing a class please call us at (360) 663-3034 to let us know so we can expect who will be in class for lessons. You can only make up one lesson day.
