We are looking for hard-working, enthusiastic, team players, dedicated to helping us deliver exceptional service to our guests.
The impression that you make on our guests is a very important and integral part of our ongoing success. Remember, you may be the first contact that a guest has with our ski area, therefore, we want to make sure that it is a good and lasting impression. We do require that all employees maintain a clean, well groomed appearance and conduct themselves in a reasonable and considerate manner while on duty. Some departments require specific clothing or uniforms, part or all of which will be supplied by Crystal Mountain.
Federal law requires all employees to provide eligibility for employment in the United States. Prior to your first day of employment, an employee must provide & complete the following documentation:

There is an employee bus to Crystal Mountain on weekends that leaves from the Enumclaw Expo Center (located behind The Crystal Bistro & Saloon). It departs Enumclaw at 7am and returns at 6pm. Stay tuned for pricing.
On Mountain Employee Housing is limited and assigned to employees based on department and job. All housed employees must be 18 years or older. We offer dormitory style housing (1-4 people per room). A deposit of $250.00 is REQUIRED and can be paid upon arrival or may be taken out of your first two paychecks. You will be required to sign a housing agreement before moving in. The monthly housing fee will be deducted from each employee’s paycheck.
Crystal Mountain is committed to providing work conditions free from the effects of drug and alcohol use; and the maintenance of excellence in the services and products provided by Crystal to our guests. Employees who work under the influence of drugs or alcohol present a safety hazard to themselves, their co-workers and our guests and these actions will not be tolerated. Employees are expected and required to report to work in a suitable mental and physical condition.
As members of the Crystal Mountain team, it is your duty to present both a professional and approachable appearance to ensure that our guests have a great experience. Specific standards are outlined in the Employee Handbook. There may be special requirements dictated by the County Health Department or for safety reasons.
